The consultancy organised a virtual reality event to showcase the future logistics platform to Sarosa’s team, as well as to institutions and industry stakeholders.
Riba-roja (Valencia), September 14 – TPF Consulting, a consultancy specialised in industrial and logistics real estate, has advised Sarosa on the lease of a logistics platform with a total built area of 22,000 m², located on a 38,000 m² plot within the Riba-roja industrial area.
Construction works—managed by ASPOR Engineering as the specialised engineering consultancy—are scheduled for completion by the end of October. Sarosa will subsequently relocate its operations from its current facility in Sector 12 to the new logistics platform in Sector 13.
ASPOR Engineering has been responsible for the full technical scope of the project, including basic design, detailed design, health and safety coordination, and the development of the as-built digital model.
To present the future facility ahead of its completion, TPF Consulting and Sarosa organised a launch event featuring virtual reality simulations.
The virtual environment showcased during the event was developed using the Revit model from the detailed design produced by ASPOR Engineering and has been continuously updated in line with construction progress.
Attendees experienced an immersive visualisation of the logistics platform and its operational areas. Following the virtual tour, guided site visits were conducted by ASPOR’s technical team.
Currently, the structural works and building envelope have been completed, while installation works are progressing both inside the warehouse and in external and office areas.
Key features of the logistics platform
The project consists of a logistics facility of approximately 22,000 m² of built area, distributed across three warehouse units, office space, a security gatehouse and technical rooms. The development is located on a plot of more than 38,000 m² and includes three independent access points.
The platform is equipped with 49 loading docks, six ground-level access doors, and a perimeter circulation yard designed to optimise logistics operations.
In addition, the construction works, carried out by Bertolín Construction, have achieved BREEAM certification, reinforcing the project’s commitment to sustainability and energy efficiency.
