OUR HISTORY
ASPOR Engineering is a building engineering firm specializing in the design, development, and technical management of industrial, logistics, and commercial properties. We take an integrated approach focused on operational performance and preserving asset value throughout the entire life cycle.
We bring technical rigor, construction expertise, and hands-on capabilities to every asset phase, from feasibility assessment and design through construction, facility improvements, and maintenance. Sustainability and digital processes are incorporated from the earliest stages.
Our work is supported by close collaboration with strategic partners such as TPF Consulting and Triangle Real Estate Management. These partnerships enable us to provide robust, coordinated technical services aligned with the needs of businesses, property owners, and investors at every stage of the asset life cycle.
