PROJECT EVOLUTION
THE CHALLENGE
The main challenge of the project was to respond to the growing demand for modern and efficient logistics spaces in the metropolitan area of Valencia. A developer of recognised international prestige entrusted ASPOR Engineering with the technical development of a next-generation logistics platform, capable of meeting the most demanding market standards.
The goal was to design and deliver a building with the highest levels of functionality, sustainability, and operational flexibility, optimising its design for different user profiles and ensuring its competitiveness within the national logistics market.
OUR SOLUTION
ASPOR Engineering took part in every phase of the project, from the initial analysis through to the final delivery of the logistics platform.
The work began with a full technical Due Diligence, which made it possible to assess the urban planning, regulatory, and environmental viability of the site, analysing constraints, access, utilities, and administrative requirements. This study laid the foundations for confirming the suitability of the plot and defining the project’s technical strategy.
The team then took on the preparation of the Basic and Detailed Design project documentation, developed entirely under BIM methodology and incorporating sustainability criteria, energy efficiency, and functionality tailored to the needs of the logistics market.
During the construction phase, ASPOR provided Project Monitoring and Technical Assistance services, supervising execution, coordinating health and safety, managing licences and utilities, and controlling quality and schedule compliance.
Thanks to this end-to-end involvement, the project achieved a technical and construction delivery aligned with the standards of excellence required by the client and with the asset’s strategic positioning within the Valencia logistics market.
