CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
We are looking for a Construction Manager to join ASPOR Engineering and take part in the execution of industrial, logistics, and commercial projects, working closely with the different teams involved and ensuring the proper development of each phase of construction.

At ASPOR Engineering, we are an engineering firm specialized in logistics, industrial, and commercial building projects. We are currently growing and working on large-scale projects.
You will be part of a dynamic technical team, leading the proper execution of construction works and coordinating all stakeholders involved in the development of innovative, high-quality projects.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

Attend meetings and site visits, ensuring proper execution in accordance with drawings, technical specifications, and current regulations.

Review and validate structural calculations in coordination with specialists in structures, electrical systems, fire protection systems, HVAC, and other disciplines.

Monitor, control, and manage construction changes.

Act as the direct point of contact with the property owner/developer, the construction company, and ASPOR’s technical team.

Prepare project start-up and close-out documentation, draft meeting minutes and periodic reports, and review payment certificates.

Implement and monitor the quality plan, while also supervising compliance with health and safety regulations.
PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Technical degree in Engineering or Architecture.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Construction Manager or in similar roles within engineering, construction, or infrastructure.

Upper-intermediate level of English.

Driving license and own vehicle.

Desirable: knowledge of REVIT / BIM.
