BIM MODELER

• BIM modeling in Revit for building projects, including architecture, structure, and building systems.
• Preparation and publication of drawings for Basic Designs, Detailed Designs, and Installation Projects.
• Collaboration with structural and building systems engineers, as well as drawing preparation in AutoCAD.
• Full design and development of models for the assigned projects.
• Support in the implementation and continuous improvement of BIM processes focused on building projects.
• (Desirable) experience working with point clouds.
• (Desirable) knowledge of the Spanish Technical Building Code (CTE) applied to the design of administrative buildings.

• Technical background in Architecture, Technical Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a Master’s Degree in Building Engineering.
• Desirable experience in architectural or structural projects using BIM.
• Solid knowledge of Revit for architecture and structure.

DESIRABLE

• Previous experience in BIM projects and modeling for logistics platforms and industrial buildings.
• Basic knowledge of coordination with MEP systems.
• Experience with measurements and cost estimates using Cost-It.
• Familiarity with point clouds.
• Upper-intermediate level of English.
• Own vehicle.
• Key skills: organization, attention to detail, fast learning, and teamwork.
