In addition, we provide energy advisory services and can manage the arrangement of electricity and gas supplies, including the opening and follow-up of the application process with the distribution company.

Site Supervision ensures that works are executed in accordance with the approved Detailed Design through professional oversight, guaranteeing technical, regulatory, and quality compliance.

Our interdisciplinary team coordinates the Site Management, optimising technical, economic, and scheduling aspects throughout the process. A single point of contact takes on the overall management, bringing together all parties involved (architecture, engineering, contractors, and ownership) to ensure an efficient, safe execution aligned with the approved project.

Project Monitoring consists of the ongoing supervision of project progress to ensure compliance with deadlines, budgets, current regulations and quality standards.
