OUR HISTORY
ASPOR Engineering is a building engineering firm specialized in the design, development, and technical management of industrial, logistics, and commercial properties, with a comprehensive approach focused on the operation and value of the asset throughout its entire life cycle.
We bring technical rigor, construction expertise, and the ability to intervene at every stage of the asset’s lifecycle from feasibility and design through to construction, retrofitting, and maintenance, incorporating sustainability and digital processes from the very beginning.
Our work is supported by close collaboration with strategic partners such as TPF Consulting and TRIANGLE Real Estate Management, enabling us to offer a solid and coordinated technical solution aligned with the needs of companies, owners, and investors at every stage of the asset’s lifecycle.
